Colour selection appointments are simple format that guide you through the process of selecting all finishes for your new home. From external elements like roof, cladding bricks, windows, garages and paint, to interior elements like flooring, paint, cabinetry, tiles, fixtures and fittings.

At the end of your appointment you will receive a detailed, editable schedule to give to your builder.

This makes sure that all points of selection s are considered early on as a cohesive package and communicated clearly.

This reduces last minute changes and rushed decisions which all end up adding additional cost and time to your build.

Items that are selected are collated into a personalised Excel schedule which you will keep, edit, and provide to your builder once complete.

Complete Colour Selection Package

A three phase appointment package that offers full guided support to complete the selections for your new home.

Ideal for larger or more complex homes and styles. This package allows you to research recommended products and suppliers between appointments and collate selections at a final meeting.
