Pre-sale Consult
A one on one planning meeting to get you started.
This consult walks you through every room of your home, and gives a simple step by step list of what to remove, fix/ repair and add in terms of minor alterations and styling to help achieve the best result for your sale.
Following our consult, you will receive an editable, easy to follow room-by-room list of what needs to be done. You also have access to a list of recommended tradespeople to help bring it all together.

Partial Styling
Combining your existing furnishings with either hired or purchased items to create a fresh and cohesive look
An in home consult will look at each room and what needs to be added. This can hired for the duration of the sale, or help given to select items that you purchase and take with you to elevate your new home.

Full home staging
A full custom styling package for vacant properties
After a free in home consultation, a custom package will be prepared to present your home as a work of art.
Package will include selection of furniture and accessories, weekly hire and full installation.
